Job Description
- We are looking for a self-motivated, creative problem-solver with

- You will develop high quality software solutions for the next
generation global health record system, utilize object-oriented programming
methodologies and languages, and participate in an Agile team to design,
code, and test software components.
- The Lead Software Engineer mentors other engineers.
- Be a strong team player who genuinely enjoys working with
people and who contributes to a fun, high-energy environment
- Design and develop advanced software application components
- Mentor team members as appropriate
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional, global
environment
- Participate in project planning sessions with project
managers, clinical analysts, systems engineers, and team members to analyze
requirements and outline the proposed software solution
*Required*
- BS Computer Science / Engineering with 4 years of relevant
experience or 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA&D)
- Strong Java or C# programming skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*Desired*
- MS Computer Science / Engineering
- Advanced experience developing JEE applications using the Spring
Framework
- Strong experience implementing data persistence solutions using
ORM frameworks, JDBC, etc
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of design patterns
- Test-driven design and development experience
- Sophisticated problem solving skills with a passion for
technology
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Knowledge of software configuration management practices and
procedures
- Healthcare or Life Sciences domain knowledge
