SQL DBA
Seattle, WA
3+ Months with possibility of extension
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in design, deployment and administration of SQL
Server Database environments in Windows server environments.
Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in an easy to understand manner.
Relevant experience with the following Database Systems: SQL Server
2000/2005/2008
Knowledge of the following Operating Systems: Windows Server and Advanced
Server
Familiarity with the following: Windows Active Directory, Windows
Account/Group Management, SQL Server Security, SQL Server Database
Creation/Design, SQL Reporting Services, Data Transformation Services, SQL
Commands, T-SQL Command Language, LDAP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Solid understanding of enterprise data backup and fail-over technologies.
