Major Responsibilities
Execute SOX Controls pertaining to the Information Security Group
Assist is the development and maintenance of Information Security Policies
and Procedures as necessary to address technology changes, business needs
and evolving security threats
Identify application layer security issues, perform assessments and write
security standards for various operating systems (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux,
AIX), and applications such as web servers, e-mail servers, etc..
Required Experience
Bachelor Degree required in Computer Science, or Information Systems
4-6 years related experience with UNIX/Linux Administration and/or Systems
Administration
Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux Administration standards and procedures
building and configuring hardened UNIX machines
Preferred knowledge of Tripwire for Servers and/or Tripwire Enterprise,
PowerBroker software, RSA envision
Knowledge of information security standards, process, policies, and metrics
Familiarity with security related requirements
