*Responsibilities:*
The responsibilities for this role extend primarily to executing tasks to
support the in-flight Oracle Applications R12 Upgrade project including
GL/AP/AR//FA/PO/INV/OE applications.
This Oracle Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business
organizations, vendor organizations and IT to provide improved
documentation and testing solutions to meet the demands of the current
project and future Oracle Applications projects. Under general supervision,
for the application areas in scope, this role will
• Drive and contribute to updating and aligning key business
processes to reflect current business process and any post upgrade changes.
• Drive and contribute to the updating, consolidation, and
rationalization of the current test case suite across our Oracle
Application portfolio.
• Assist in the development and execution of Post Upgrade
Performance Testing.
• Support defect identification, tracking and reporting.
• Support development team use of structured code release
methodologies.
• Create/revise existing job aids.
• Support the production deployment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
• Must have at least 5 years implementing and supporting Oracle
EBS (both v11i and v12i experience)
• Must have Experience with the use of Tools for testing script
management (such as HP QC), test automation, defect management and test
execution.
• Must have familiarity with Code Management Repositories such
as Subversion and structured code release processes.
• Demonstrates high-level broad based knowledge of the
principles, concepts and processes within the within the Oracle
Applications EBS arena.
• Has developed strong business knowledge in area discipline
and keeps current on industry trends Works well in high energy mid to large
projects.
• Strong documentation skills including Business Process Flow
Analysis and Documentation (Visio) and using iSetup for base lining Oracle
Applications setup.
• Able to lead small sub-teams or work streams in support of
project managers.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
mediums.
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.
