I've been coding/administrating with php mysql for the
last 4 years. I've a pretty good knowledge of both on their
internals, configuration and performance tuning.
I have a good free time, I'm studding Computer Science
(only 6 hours) and the rest of the day I have nothing to do.
The next 3/4 years will be like that.
So, it would be a great experience to maintain this for Savannah.

Your proposal is very interesting, unfortunelately we're planning to
get a brand new server soon because currently we cannot provide
PHP/MySQL for sys resources matters.
