If you are still interested in registering, please make sure that all your
files, including changelog.txt and build.xml, have valid copyright and license
notices; in case of formats like PNG that don't allow comments, please add
these notices, with a reference to each file, in a README file in the same
directory with the files in question.

Also, please make sure to mention in the notices that your package is GPL
"either version 3, or (at your option) any later version)",

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

For java-based projects, Please ensure the entire project can be compiled and
run using a free implementation of Java, such as OpenJDK 7 or 8 - and does not
require any non-free java implementations.

Please upload an archive (e.g. .zip or .tar.gz) with the source code files to
proceed with the project registration.
