March 3, 2009 - The bad news is, as we already reported, that Life on Mars
 will not be getting a second
season. The good-ish news is that it will get to actually air its series
finale. 

One of Mars' actors is already reportedly in talks to star in another pilot
for ABC, which is one of the benefits in finding out in March that your
show's been axed. 

According to  EW.com's Michael Ausiello,
Gretchen  Mol is almost ready
and able to hop on board Eastwick
 , ABC's rebooting of the movie
The Witches of Eastwick.
