They almost had a nuclear war with Pakistan. They also have several other
smaller conflicts going on with Northern India, and Eastern India that are
talking about separating. They are culturally and ethnically different than
the bulk of Indian society. Sort of like the ethnic people that live within
China that has been getting press lately.

This is interesting. They already have the bulk of the IT industry on home
soil. Not mentioning a couple of power house development companies. (like
Sybase) They could pull it off.
