Karine Polwart's "Marianna" (on the Malinky album).  A poem by George
Mackay Brown set to (more or less) the tune of "Como poden per sas
culpas" from the Cantigas de Santa Maria.  (I asked Karine about this
once, and she said she hadn't consciously borrowed it, but it's a tune
that anybody who'd heard a bit of mediaeval music would have come
across).
