Re: [Scottish] Jotismland
Sad day when I need to unsubscribe from a mailing list due to the stupid-arse "elitism" of those who think they are the chosen ones Would like to say I'd come back sometime but I doubt it unless there's an amount of growing up going on. Pity any potential new members having to deal with this lot. In the dim and distant past, when the only mailing list managers were either Majordomo or something more ancient, people who posted "unsubscribe me" messages would be added to a special mailing list set up for them only. There they would receive all these "unsubscribe me" messages (and probably nothing else) until they figured out how to follow the simple instructions instead of asking other people to do it for them. There was no other way to be removed from the list. Does anybody remember where it was, and how to add people to it? :-) C ___ Scottish mailing list Scottish@mailman.lug.org.uk https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/scottish

Re: [Scottish] Jotismland
Not only off topic, but old hat and done to death. In fact everyone free to do what they what with little in way of constraint sounds more like objectivism than marxist/communism. So whilst researching girls, alcohol, music, etc read "Atlas Shrugged" and a biography of Alan Greenspan to see it's all been done before. This is so off-topic for this list it's not even funny. This is not an appropriate place to discuss your pet variant on communism.
