Hi Anish, I was working with upstream (pathagar) solving a lot of little issues I found, and adding some optional features needed by Sora's deployment. You can see my work here https://github.com/PathagarBooks/pathagar/commits/master
Until now, I have tested install Pathagar with the role provided by xsce, on a centos 7.1 in a vm, but couldn't finish due to this error with Postrgress. In the field, we installed manually pathagar on a xsce 5.1 and is working ok, using a sqlite database. If you can test, would be great.
