Ah, that's the difference you've removed the rear brake limiting valve.
Also given the amount of work the fronts do, I would hope it would stop
from 135. Try doing this repeatedly lap after lap with 20 of your other
friends doing the same thing inches away from you and you get quite a
bit more serious about determining what works and what doesn't.

Huh? Why would you want those big heavy finned drums? The Rampage
barely uses the stock 200mm drums as it is. 220mm is overkill (though
it helps retain some balance of the system)

I don't believe anyone has used those drums on a passenger car before.
I used turbo car 220mm drums on mine, but the cables were too long.

So

I trimmed the return spring down and took up the slack at the

adjuster.

Perhaps it will be the same for you. You might be better off using

the

Caravan cables and attaching them to your stock crossover cable.

1987 Dodge Shelby Charger No mods.
My car shut down on me. I though it was the
distributor pick-up coil by the way it quit. I
replaced it, but it still wouldnt run. Then I
noticed that the fuel pump wasnt coming on when
turning the key on. I also noticed that the engine
turned over very easy. So I ran power to the pump
direct from the battery. Pump works and develops
about 50 psi. So I disconnected the battery and
changed out the power module. Fuel pump worked for
one cycle of trying to start the car but still will
not run. So I changed out the electronics module.
Again the pump ran for one cycle of trying to start
the car but would not start. However, if I dont try
to start the car but just turn the start key on and
off to charge the fuel rail the pump will keep
working. Its only when I try to start the car that
the next time I try to start the car the fuel pump
will not run. I found out by trial and error after
trying to start the car that if I unplug and re-plug
the blue connector to the electronics module, then the
fuel pump will run, but the car will not start. I
checked the continuity of all the wires for the Z1
circuit from the power module and it was good. Also,
there is voltage at the input of the coil when the
start key is on. It seems that when I try to start
the car the auto shut down comes on. The error codes
are 11, 12, 55. Im at a loss now at what to try
next. All help would be greatly appreciated.

easier and cheaper to just buy a later converter with flats and just put it

As Richard stated, Chrysler never used a white valve cover new from the
  factory, period.

I have followed this thread some and having worked at a dealer from the
 time
the first turbo cars came out in '84 all the way till last year I have
 seen
the full range of factory turbo cars come thru the dealer both new and
for
service, TI, TII, TIII, VNT and the occasional Mazi powered cars.

Never a white valve cover, not one at all.

The later covers starting around '89 would turn white with age and
 cleaning
but they came new a silver finish.

Hope this helps to dispel the urban myth being started here.

Common blocks do not usually have a fuel pump block off plate,
as the factory did not add the hole for a manual fuel pump. The
early non-common blocks did have this hole.

They are probably M8 x 1.25. You will want to use as high of a grade of
nut
as possible. Also, if you can get a tall nut, such as a machine set-up
nut, that would be the best bet. Also, while you're at it, don't forget
to
use some high temp, anti-seize compound.
