[sig-policy] Whois accuracy presentations in 2nd session

Dear colleagues,

You may have already aware that we will have a couple of presentations
about whois accuracy in 2nd session, 11:00-12:30AM Thu Feb  25th.
While they will be presented by APNIC staffs, the problem behind them came
from the Community indeed.

A couple of weeks ago, one draft proposal raising this issue was sent to
the Secretariat.
However, Chairs found that it was not ready for the community discussion
and the author doesn't intend to revise it.
After discussing with the author, the author agreed not to proceed it as
official proposal, instead APNIC staff will
present this problem as informal presentation.

As Chairs are asking APNIC staff to upload their presentations as soon as
possible,
please check them once published and feel free to express your opinions on
the list even before the SIG meeting.

[sig-policy] Proposal authors withdraw prop-115

Dear colleagues,

Following the release of a new version and subsequent discussion on the
Policy SIG mailing list, the authors of prop-115 have withdrawn the
proposal.

The authors have requested time for an informational presentation to
discuss the issues identified in the prop-115 Problem Statement.

As a result the Policy SIG meeting at APNIC 41 has no active proposals
to consider. We will use the available time to discuss this proposal and
for other informational presentations related to the Policy SIG Charter.

There is a draft agenda published on the APNIC 41 website. Please monitor
this page for program updates.
