Thank you for your support, now its working fine.

Previously i was just double clicking the jar, because in that jar class
path was already mentioned in the manifest file. But it didn't work.
When i execute the jar from command prompt specifying the class path it
works.

Now I am using a batch file to execute, how can i hide the console
window?

2013-09-16 Thread RaiMan
Question #235751 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/235751

Status: Open => Answered

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
reading the installation instructions for pymcu, it seems that it needs
C-Python 2.7.3

Sikuli runs with Jython, which can only import modules, that are
completely written in Python language or specially adapted for the use
with Jython. Moreover the current Jython is on language level 2.5

To use the Java communication API, you should step down to the Java
level, though it is principally possible, to use it from Jython scripts
too (since everything written in Java and available on class path can be
used in Jython scripts).

In any case, I would recommend to use a IDE like Eclipse or NetBeans (either
for Java or Python development), to have all options of a full featured IDE.
When using version 1.0.1:
https://github.com/RaiMan/SikuliX-API/wiki/Usage-in-Java-programming
This approach can be combined with the Sikuli IDE for the image management .

and a yellow box saying: " Sikuli IDE 1.0.1 ... starting - pls. wait ..." .

[Sikuli-driver] [Question #235812]: 1.0.1 - FileManager.loadLibrary("VisionProxy") throws error

2013-09-16 Thread Akbar
New question #235812 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/235812

Environment - Windows7/Java6, using latest sikuli-java api

-sikuli-java jar is located under library folder
-libs folder in also under library folder
-added libs folder path to system PATH variable

FileManager.loadLibrary("VisionProxy");

throws following errors,

[error] ResourceLoaderBasic: loadLib: Fatal Error 110: loading: WinUtil.dll
[error] ResourceLoaderBasic: loadLib: Since native library was found, it might
be a problem with needed dependent libraries
E:\XAFTProject\library\libs\WinUtil.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
[error] ResourceLoaderBasic: loadLib: Check, wether a valid Sikuli libs folder
is in system path at runtime!
[error] Terminating SikuliX after a fatal error(110)! Sorry, but it makes no
sense to continue!
If you do not have any idea about the error cause or solution, run again
with a Debug level of 3. You might paste the output to the Q&A board.

So restarted the machine and it worked fine once. But the second time i ran the
same script, it failed again with same errors. After that tried quite a few
times, but it errors out.

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
On Friday did you run with only one monitor and now with more than one
monitor active?

if yes (I guess so): in the registry in the branch
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\

delete the branches starting with org/sikuli/...

... and try again (might be necessary to logout/login or even restart
the system.

The cause: Sikuli IDE saves the position of the window at shutdown. With
the new monitor setup, this is now invalid.

I accept this a s a bug and will fix it as soon as possible.

Re: [Sikuli-driver] [Question #235812]: 1.0.1 - FileManager.loadLibrary("VisionProxy") throws error

2013-09-16 Thread Akbar
Question #235812 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/235812

Description changed to:
Environment - Windows7(32)/Java6, using latest sikuli-java api

-sikuli-java jar and libs(with all DLLs) are under same folder(library)
-added libs folder path to system PATH variable

FileManager.loadLibrary("VisionProxy");

throws following errors,

But the second time i
ran the same script, it failed again with same errors. After that tried
quite a few times, but it errors out.

RaiMan requested more information:
What "script" are you running and how do you do that?

Since you are using sikuli-java.jar it must be some Java stuff or
Jython.

If you have some Java run command, add -Dsikuli.Debug=3 and paste the
output.

Question #235819 on Sikuli changed:

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Sikuli definitely currently has no features to simulate two(or more
)-finger-gestures.

I heard about simulating one-finger-gestures with the mouse.

But if there is any way to simulate gestures using the mouse and
keyBoard, you can do that with Sikuli.

About Java solutions: Google: Java multi gesture simulation
