I wonder what the law is in India, and what happens when there's a name change
request after say a Mr.Roy Chowdhury marries a Miss Sen Sharma ..

The british seem to have quadruple and longer barreled surnames in the pg
wodehouse class at least.

Is this query directed specifically at the Menon-Sens and the Aiyar-Ghoshses?

The best hyphenated last name in Wodehouse's work that I have come
across is Basington-Basington.

My new granddaughter (obviously the most beautiful infant in the known
Universe) has just been named Kavya Mohan Shaffer, but thankfully,
Without A Hyphen.

She's the daughter of two Silk-lurkers, but she makes as much noise
(and makes as much sense) as the third member of her family who is on
this list.

Cheers, Deepa.
