with germs do you mean any microbes, fungus, viral,
bacteria, etc... Is the water the hydrate from the microbes,
so it would kill by dehydrating the microbes?

One of the magic qualities is the propolis, the dark brown cement they
make. Dissolved in alcohol people can use it for killing all sorts of
pathogens. Would have to be worth doing a search on the web. I have a
bottle but keep forgetting it, but when that was the only thing I had some
fifteen years or more ago it was amazing the things I got better from
quickly that once I would have got nearly better from very slowly.
Then of course there's the Royal Jelly. Mixed with ginseng like the Chinese
do, there's some pretty potent magic there.
