RE: CS>OT - Apple Cider Vinegar Tea - OT

2007-06-29 Thread ruth strackbein
Hi, I have tried the apple cider vinegar idea now. The first time I put
about an 8th of a tsp. in a small amount of water. Always have to start
slowly and work up. The first time it worked wonders! I was hopeful that
here was the remedy for my upper right ribcage pain. I don't have a
gallbladder, but, Charles, you sent me to the link that explained that
situation. However, I have used the vinegar treatment several more times
without any success at all. Don't have a clue why it worked so well the
first time. That time may just have coincided with a period of time around
supper hour when now and then things will suddenly get better without my
doing anything special. But that time, I thought the effect was different
in some way, so I was hopeful . Did that again this evening, and the
burning as I type, is really, really strong. Think I sent you a message
earlier, a day or so ago, Charles about why I doubt that I can use the meds
suggested on the link you sent. Unless I am speaking to two different
Charlses. Thanks, Ruth

I agree with you 100%, Charles. I have known about Bragg's pure Apple
Cider

Vinegar (ACV) for 25 years or more. I used to use it for just about
everything internal and, as well, external - hair, skin, baths, kidney
stones, digestion, indigestion . . . . you name it. Patricia Bragg still
publishes her father's Paul Braggs little booklet on Braggs Apple Cider
Vinegar with its hundreds of uses fully described. You can pick both up at
your health food store, ACV and the booklet.

One of my all time favorite things to do with ACV is make Tea. One or two
teaspoons of ACV in 8-10 oz. of boiled pure water, with a teaspoon of good
honey. YUM! Especially after dinner, or for a treat during the day.

Would you describe this as 'heartburn', or 'indigestion'? If so, one
very simple thing that will usually solve this kind of problem is,
believe it or not, raw apple cider vinegar - say, a teaspoon or so in an
8 oz glass of water.

Most people don't know that heartburn is not a problem of too *much*
acid, it is a problem of not *enough* - demonstrated by the fact that
adding raw apple cider vinegar will cure the problem (it is good for
many other things as well).

Just be sure it is raw and organic (I like Braggs)...

All my best to you...

Charles

Don't know if I should get the grains from you since you must live in the

probably get some from someone closer. I would like a copy of your

Hi, Jess, I replied, but think I forgot to click on send. Yes, the burning
is right under the center right ribcage . Charles sent me information that
has led me to believe that this pain is indeed due to my absent gallbladder.
HOwever, most of the remedies the site suggests, I have tried over the
years and they mostly react against my problems in my lower abdomen. Ruth

Hi, Jess, Yes, the burning is under the right conter ribcage. I have
received a message from Charles directing me to a site that deals with Gall
bladder and Post Gall Bladder problems. From this information, I feel sure
that the upper pain is somehow related to my gall bladder surgery and what
is happening to the bile system now. Trouble is how to deal with it in the
context of the rest of my digestive problems Have had trouble previously
with bile salts and other things suggested. What helps with upper abdomen
problems makes more in the lower areas. Just have to keep working at the

Yes - go ask an MLM manufacturer if their product - which is *extremely*

Pure silver in pure water is not light sensitive.
Silver ions oxidizing as water evaporates will often leave a black/brown

Any suggestions such as spraying CS. I'm just a little concerned with

Argyriaas has been discussed numerous times on this list, butI'm not
certain if the same holds true when sprayed externally and exposed to

Otherwise any other protocols people have found to be good?

Eating foods that have been soaked in 3% H2O2 is not a problem...

One thing though - if you were using storebought H2O2, it has stabilizers
and other things in it that are not good to take internally...

But, as I said, just soaking them, then cooking, will not cause a problem,
as far as the H2O2 is concerned.
