When I broke a rib I used my infrared heat lamp (for lizards, coiled 
ceramic heat emitter) and it helped take away pain and heal faster.

I do too but I run three business with about 30 contractors as well so I 
really want things not to get lost.

She wrote a prescription for 12 sessions (she is a sweetie and goes along

sessions and my pain was GONE! Anodyne is a trademark and expensive
item -- a pad of LED lights about the size of a pack of cards.
Placed them on my wrists and I sat and relaxed for half an hour.
That's it!
Covered by Medicare if you are eligible. 
There are cheap knockoffs available on the Internet. A couple of
hundred bucks or thereabouts. Several years ago, I bought two of
them, called Light Therapy, and gave one to my mother in law, who has
persistent back pain. She sits against it when she uses her
computer, and is grateful for lessening of the pain. We use ours
once in awhile for sprains, etc. Do a search and see what comes
up. I have had cracked ribs and it is no fun -- takes about
six weeks for the cracks to heal!

Yes, you need to take at least 8 fl. oz a day, and if needed, even 32 fl oz
a day. It's safe.

What generator do you use?  What color does it come out?

I dont know about Paul, but I improved with CS a lot, then platued.  I think
that CS is very effective against borrelia, and if CS does not get you
nearly all the way well, I think it greatly increases the probability that a
different bug is your main problem.

To those of you who have had success or partial success with CS, I urge you to 
try Guardian Silver Sol.  This is silver tetroxide, a more active form of CS.  
I had a food poisoning recently and took 3 tablespoonfuls of this, then two 
hours later took two more.  I was well about three hours later.  Amazing.  I 
have no interest in this company at all and I make my own CS, but this stuff is
