Rowena,
How does one make colloidal magnesium?
I noticed the site that sell C/M also sell colloidal silver and gold.
It must be possible.

 COLLOIDAL
MAGNESIUM - Liquid (Internal & External
 Use)
Magnesium is one of the three
 minerals in
Australia that is deficient in our soils and
 therefore many
of us are already deficient, even if we are
 eating a perfect
wholesome organic diet. (The other two are zinc
 and
selenium). If our soil is deficient in a
 mineral, so too
will our fruit and vegetables become deficient.
 Magnesium
ions are essential to all living cells and are
 the 11th most
abundant element by mass in the human body.

 Magnesium is needed in the
 body :
 To maintain normal muscle
 and nerve
   tissue
   To support the immune
 system
   To keep bones strong

   For energy metabolism
 and protein
   synthesis
   To regulate blood
 sugar levels (used in
   the management of diabetes)
   To maintain blood
 pressure (used in the
   management of hypertension)
   For a healthy
 functioning heart (used
as an adjunct in the treatment of
 cardiovascular disease
Many angina patients are deficient is this
 essential
   mineral)
   Also reduces PMT and
 period pain for
   many individuals
 And also reduces anxiety and
 insomnia, and
used in the management of restless leg syndrome,
 magnesium
really is the great relaxer of the mineral
 kingdom. Many
 orthodox medications render people magnesium
 deficient,
including HRT and the Oral Contraceptive Pill.

 Magnesium is a component of
 chlorophyll
and therefore found in all green leafy
 vegetables. Beans,
legumes and peas, nuts (especially almonds and
 cashews) and
 seeds, whole unrefined grains (especially
 oatmeal) all
contain good sources of magnesium. Magnesium is
 absorbed
from these foods via the small intestine. If the
 small
intestine is coated in toxic sludge or is
 insufficiently
working, due to mal-absorption or Crohn's
 disease, then
absorption will be impaired. Colloidal Magnesium
 starts
being absorbed even before it hits the stomach,
 let alone
the small intestine. As soon as the tiny ions
 touch the
mucosal lining of the mouth, they are being
 absorbed.
If there is anything bad to
 say about
Colloidal Magnesium is the taste it is simply
 ghastly. The
wonderful thing about Colloidal Magnesium is
 that it can be
taken internally in juice (such as dark grape)
 or rubbed on
the skin externally, as the colloid will be
 absorbed
straight through the epidermal layers into the
 blood stream.
It can sting a little, but only for a few
 seconds. Try it on
yourself first before applying to a child.
 Bearing in mind
that Colloidal Magnesium is the most revolting
 tasting
substance on earth to most of us, yes even worse
 than herbs,
using magnesium externally can be extremely
 useful for the
following conditions and can be applied directly
 to the
affected area in the case of:
 Any form of muscle
 tension or spasm
   (such as neck and shoulders)
   Athletes before and
 after exercise
   Muscle fatigue,
 weakness and/or injury
Cramping (such as feet and calf muscles)

   Restless legs Rubbed
 on the feet at
night to ease insomnia and restlessness

Where it just cannot be taken
 internally,
such as in the case of children rub some on
 their legs, arms
or whever it is comfortable for them to have it
 applied. So
if Colloidal Magnesium tastes so revolting to
 you or your
younger ones,, why not apply some to the
 skin?
 Colloidal supplements
 penetrate straight
into your cells and give immediate results, that
 is why they
are much more effective than tablets, which
 nearly always
contain fillers, binders & unneeded other
 substances.

much. my question I am taking magnesium chloride not the mag oil but the
flakes in the form of nagari. I bought the 50 lb bag 5 yrs ago before the
disaster in Japan . As of yet I cannot find where to get a 50 lb bag other
