Much better. It's not a good idea to take minerals as separate supplements
because selenium can be toxic and you can cause an imbalance which would create
more problems.Dee

If you can handle nuts, it's said that 2 Brazil nuts per day will provide you
with required selenium.

Kelly,

The organic forms of selenium are best like
selenomethionine.

Inorganic forms, like sodium selenate or selenite,
are pretty much a waste of money.

Hi and welcome to the group, Kelly.

Yes, everybody who signs up for the silver list will receive an e-mail
message for every posting made to the group, including one reflected
back to you from each of your own posts. It's an older style of social
network known as an e-mail reflector or mailing list.

The best way to make a mailing list useful to you is to train your
e-mail service or app to filter all messages that have the string 'CS>'
in the Subject line into a separate folder so they're not getting mixed
together with your other correspondence or incoming spam.

You appear to be using Yahoo! Mail in some incarnation, so there should
be a configuration option for setting up such a filter if you look in
the account settings or tools or whatever they happen to call it.

If you have further questions, just send a message to the list's
posting address and we'll try to help.

Be well,

Mike D.
