Yes, research the use of microcurrent. You can go to www.frequencyspecific.com 
for ophthalmologists using microcurrent for this issue.PT

Looks like it's made for optometrist/opthamologist office. I use units made by 
the LED man http://www.theledman.net/ . 660nm helps with visual acuity.
