I had been making CS with 3-9volts and 2 silver wires, 1 qt. jar of distilled water. I ran this for about 2 hrs. and mostly got a gold colored solution with a metallic taste. I recently started making it with 2 - 1oz. silver (.999 fine) ingots and ran it for 1 hr. (I thought because of the increase in silver mass it would take less time to make same quality cs. I have made 2 batches so far and both are almost clear with very little taste. I watched the new batches carefully and noticed quite a bit of yellowish matter (more so than with the wires) coming off the silver, also stirred it frequently. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Hi, Thanks for all the great treatments for exczema, I am not sure if it is wet or dry, it doesn't ooze, but bleeds as he scratches all the time. I have been trying aloe with lavendar and chamomile oils, it has only been 2 days on that treatment so far. Do you have a screen (metal or fiberglass) over the cistern to let water in and keep out bugs? The screen would keep out almost everything and avoid the whole problem! Good luck! Ever since then I have had a sore throat that won't go away, any thoughts on what could have caused this and how to get rid of it? Well that time of year is here and boy have I got allergy symptoms! Some years are worse than others and so far this year is bad. I had a cold and now that is going and allergies are coming. I have used CS and Beck's purifier to no avail, I have tried Echinacea also, no improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to go to an allergy dr. either-I've been that route before, $ and not really any better. I don't like the side effects of the medicines either. I hope someone out there has some suggestions that have worked for them that I can try. I tried the cs nebulizer last week but all it did was give me a sore throat(too much pressure?) Help! Thanks. Diane, I use the blood electrifier 1-2 hours a days when I am sick but you could use it as long as you want. It will dump killed virus's into the blood so it may cause a little reaction as Cs would also, but I have never experienced any. It doesn't hurt and I have never had anything but good side effects(increased energy). Check out the 2 links I posted for details. I use it on the artery in my leg because it is more comfortable. Just use it while you are reading or watching tv. I use it about 3 days a month for prevention. Awhile back I read something about an experiment with fresh cut flowers and CS. I bought a real Xmas tree about 6 days ago and it didn't appear to be doing too well, it wasn't drinking water and a lot of needles were falling off(the guy at the tree lot assured me it was cut down only a few days ago-right!) Anyway I remembered this cut flower experiment and decided to try CS in the tree water-this was 2 -3 days after getting my tree. It really made a difference!
