CS>I should have read her bio

1999-11-06 Thread Kris
OK, so Eva Snead is from Argentina, not Venezuela. I should have gone
back to that URL before I posted. Just cuz I get a little wrong no need
to discredit it all. I met her and was incredibly impressed with her
articulate manner, and extensive knowledge. A male who met her did not
like her, but he was not educated and I think some men hate women who
know more than they do. Lets just all try to "get along." I mean no
offense if I disagree with anyone, male or female. I just want to
contribute in any way I can to mankind's improvement. I am extremely
sensitive to criticism so I may not even read any responses to my post.
Do your own searches. I am not in the mood to take anymore ca ca than I
have been getting lately. This world is a much nastier place than
anyone wants to really realize. If we did not live in some degree of
denial most of the time, we would find living rather difficult. So much
for my philosophizing. I hate to look at the dark side of things, but I
am not an organ donor because I believe big Medicine is one of the chief
nasties in the world and I do not want to give them any amunition to rob
someone else. I would not take an organ either. If I cannot fix it
holistically, or prevent it, I will accept my own decline before letting
anyone make a dollar off of someone" organ I do not know.

I did not want to post this as I was afraid to ruin my credibility, but
I do remember seeing a local broadcast on a local news program here in
Las Vegas, NV about a man who went to bed with a prostitute and woke up
with one of his kidneys removed. It was not both. I met a doctor from
Venezuela who wrote a book I read subsequently in which she said that
political prisoners are routinely stripped of valuable body parts, and
just prior to execution have most of their blood removed. She stated
that blood is big business. The book was SOME CALL IT AIDS, I CALL IT
MURDER. Her name is Eva Snead.

I get this in digest form and I cannot delete anything I dont want to

Someone posted how to do this on another list and I did it immediately.
It was easy, and considerate of digest readers. I have now had that
stupid email pass my line of sight numerous times. Does anyone else out

CS>Zinc deficiency

1999-11-06 Thread Kris
Zinc deficiency causes an impaired immune system, also common knowledge
among "health nuts" starting in the 70's. Zinc deficiency is caused by
the consumption of refined sugar. Is it not interesting that health
awareness way back when was dismissed as "nutty" and odd, when my father
was teaching me all of this stuff. And now that we have a generation or
two of people raised on mass produced packaged food, we need to get back
to basics to get our health back, and it does not seem so nutty after
all, but the common knowledge of 20 plus years ago is being used by big
companies to try to make a buck. It is easy to see if you have a zinc
deficiency. If you use your finger nail to write on your arm (not too
much pressure) and the word can be read after you release pressure, you
need to change you eating habits. Sunflower seeds have a lot of zinc
but do not eat the salted ones, as the salt impairs absorption of
calcium. All the CS in the world will not help you if you are sick
because you do not have enough nutrients to mend your body.

CS>Cancer a virus?

1999-11-06 Thread Kris
No cancer is not a virus, but there are viruses that cause cancer. This
has been known for years. When I was a child my parents had a friend
close to the family who died of cancer, and the doctor told the family

her quickly.

I worked in a cancer research lab as a HS student, and the PhD's I

CS>Lauryl Sulfate

1999-11-06 Thread Kris
I have heard from many sources that lauryl and laureth sulfates are very
hazardous. True or not? I am more willing to believe it is true than
dismiss it, as there are so many pervasively used harmful chemicals in
nearly every packaged food or mass distributed product. Look at MSG.
It kills brain cells. It can be found in nearly all packaged food. It
has numerous names, and actually has no requirement by the FDA to be
named on the label. Look at soybean oil. It is in every baked food you
can buy. Canola oil is toxic, and is advertized as a health product.
You cannot buy a baby formula without soybean oil and other harmful
ingredients, yet it is impossible to buy in the US a baby formula with
the essential fatty acids added. So brain development is not complete
with formula fed babies. I know outside of the US there are some brands
available. In the US baby formula has that seeweed product which
inflames the intestines. Where are all the consumer awareness programs
that we used to watch as a nation with great interest during the
'70's??? I know they were popular. Is not the greatest thing about
the internet is that the big money interests cannot prevent the
dissemination of information which could damage their bottom line?

Sodium and ammonium lauryl/laureth sulfate are thickening agents which
make the liquid soaps appear to have greater volume than they actually
have. All they do is play a mind trip on the consumer to make it appear
that they are getting more soap than they actually are.

Re: CS>Garlic and Mullein oil

1999-10-26 Thread Kris
Everyone has their own opinion. Garlic is said by some to sort of slow
one's mental processes. I think that everything should be in
moderation. I do not take garlic everyday. But it is high in sulfur,
very important to protein binding, and it has a natural antibiotic.
Some say a clove a day would keep the doctor away. I believe that it is
more beneficial than harmful. I have heard this theory that goes like
this: man was once able to live very long, close to a thousand years
old, but mankind in general did not use their time on earth wisely.
Instead of living lives of continual progress and enlightenment, man
used the time to cycle through periods of righteousness, wickedness,
repentance and then more wickedness. Then God became very tired of
this and "corrupted" the food and water, so that these long lives were
no longer possible. He wanted man to appreciate his time on earth and
be motivated to use it more productively. Some would argue that this is
also when we in general started having more lives than one, the work one
needed to accomplish continued in the next life. Lessons learned in
sequential lives, but it says in scripture that there will come a time
"in which no work can be performed."

I believe that the food chain and herbs and such are corrupted such that
they have both good and bad in them, for example spinach has something
in it which blocks calcium, yet it has iron. So use them wisely, and in
moderation. Hard to do sometimes.
Kris
ps hope you do not mind my sharing your comment and my response. I
have heard that garlic is bad before. I have also seen with my own eyes
the antibiotic in garlic work.

The garlic and mullein in olive oil treatment for ear infections is
age-old, and very effective. My 17 year old used it effectively as a
child with no ill effects. I bought it back then at a health food
store, although it is a simple thing to make, and I have identified the
mullein herb, and could produce it cheaply if needed.

Janine:
I know this may seem a bit different, but my baby was suffering with a
serious upper respiratory illness, and after three weeks of no
improvement, even with cs, oil of oregano, and etc, and my doing all to
prevent it, I came down with it as well, and felt like I was dying of
the (some) plague.
I was somehow enlightened to try a "shot" of wheat grass juice, which
where I happened to be was made fresh to order. Within minutes I felt
relief of symptoms, and then I took some home to baby, and she stopped
having a runny nose within a few minutes of first being served with this
wonderful chorophyl drink. It is reputed to have much nutritional
value...it must have been something we both needed.I have followed
up with garlic and fenugreek, to finish clearing out the mucous, for
myself. Kyolic garlic in liquid form can be given to wee ones. CS is
a great anti-biotic but if the body is lacking something it needs, it
will have a harder time mending itself. I have the good fortune to live
where health alternatives are readily available. I may never have
tried wheat grass juice, and had it so effective if I did not have
someone to make it fresh for me, at a health counter. BUT it can be
made at home pretty easily. I think that these remedies that can be
made at home are the ones we need to pass along. Since the distribution
of many are going to be made more difficult as time goes on.

Check out Kombucha. Much more friendly flora available to the gut.
Many people with stomach problems related to no friendly flora have been
greatly benefited by it. Most if not all brands of commercially
prepared yogurts are very dilute in their bacteria, if they have any at
all. They use gelatin to make the yogurt thicker, as they do not want
to take the time to let it set up right. I make my own Kombucha and
yogurt. Otherwise you can buy expensive probiotics. But since this is
something you would need all you life I suggest the less expensive way.
Do some web searches, Kombucha is a life giving drink, cheap and easy to
make. I know personally a woman who would have died, except someone
gave her some of this to drink on her death bed in the hospital, and she
fully recovered and is living now at the age of 80, over five years
since.

It might be noted that meat consumption is related to constipation.
Somewhere I read that constipation can be linked to being
"cantankerous." In other words, it makes one "cranky." Native
americans have been noted for their heavy meat consumption, and their
war like activities. All the glorification of their wonderful lifestyle
aside, I have native american blood in me, and I love the beautiful
aspects of their cultures (I read SEVEN ARROWS, and remember, that in
any culture the idealists are only about 1-5 percent of the
population); the fact remains that Native americans killed each other
off better than the invading Europeans could have ever done. Disease
did them in pretty bad, and that does not speak well for their immune
systems, which could have been affected by their heavy reliance on
meat, and the inability for their cultures to sustain a farming
lifestyle, due to invading enemies who would kill and rape and pillage
those who stayed put in one place long enough to try to plant crops.
They HAD to move around to keep their enemies from finding them, and to
chase their meat sources. All in all, the europeans succeeded because
they had a superior method of keeping the raping and pillaging down to a
minimum (they did enough of it though), and a superior method of
producing food, clothing, and shelter.

I believe a lot of native peoples lived in harsh environments to evade
the nasty dispositioned peoples who lived south. AND remember that they
ate a lot of organ meats. They knew exactly which organs, the adrenals,
on the animals, to divide evenly amongst the members of their groups,
which they by necessity had to keep small, to keep from getting scurvy.

Sorry to go so off on this subject. Our intestines are designed half
way between vegetarian and meat eating. Which way to go? I find that
the vegetarians I have known are much more peaceful than the meat eaters
I am aquatinted with.

CS>Human digestive organs

1999-09-28 Thread Kris
> I would imagine that
> humans would be more similar to canines that the ruminants but wouldn't

Pardon my correction here. But a human's digestive tract is much longer
than a dog's. We were
seemingly made to ingest plants more than animals, but with the capacity
to endure such an assault (of animal tissue) in our digestive tract if
the need arose. However, goats and cows do not have the same length of
digestive organs as we do in ratio to body length. I believe their
organs are longer, and more convoluted by far. Was not mad cow's
disease at one time linked to the feeding of vegetarian animals the
ground up flesh of infected animals? It is real human madness to feed
vegetarian animals flesh.

I have just started making my own colloidal silver. I was extremely
sceptical of using this internally for a very long time. I believe it
was to my family's and my detriment. I am concerned about the issue of
friendly flora. I have a congenially defective transverse colon, longer
and more convoluted than normal. I have just begun a program of ridding
myself of candida which includes cs, colonics, and dietary restrictions,
which I have some resistance to ( I hate to have to be the only one not
getting any of the "good food." )

The homeopathic remedy for this is Ignatia.

I think you are talking about the Bach Flower Essence Rescue Remedy. It
is
great for stress and trauma. You can put 4 drops in water or drop the 4
drops in the mouth or you can take 4 drops and rub on pulse points
behind
the ears.

I tried the above Bach remedy and it WORKED (fast).
Also go to www.holisticmed.com and read on all the substances to
