What would be the consensus of one who suffers chronic constipation?
Should they refrain form C-S ?

I concur. Moderate amounts of CS can cure diarrhea by killing the
pathogens,
and it will be rather effective since there will be reasonably good
mobility
due to the diarrhea. This is especially helpful if you repopulate with good
flora with a probiotic or yogurt.

But also, if you take very large amounts of CS, it CAN kill the good
bacteria
in the gut as well, even it you don't have diarrhea, thereby causing
diarrhea.
This is easily fixed with probiotics as well.

I have experienced both. Taking 4 to 8 oz a day of 5 ppm CS I have found to
be
very good in eliminating diarrhea. But one time when I was bitten by a tick
and got the typical lyme spot, I took about a half to a full gallon of CS a
day
for a week to make sure I did not get lyme again. That ended up killing the
flora, and gave me some pretty loose bowls. But a few probiotics and some
yogurt took care of that once I dropped back into the normal range of CS
dosage.

Marshall

Re: CS>What is the right mA (current) in making CS?

2001-08-21 Thread LIM_Chin_Seong

Hi Bob, it beat me to know why such high current readings, i have raised
the matter with the manufacturer (SOTA Instrument) and hope they will come
back with some answers. i understand they are comeing out with a unit that
current regulation.

Hello Lim,

The drop in your metere reading is not unusual for LVDC CS. Add so form of
stirring, set the electrode spacing to about 2" to 2 1/2". I f you are
using
constant voltage then limit the final current to about 3 to 4 ma. Based on
14
ounces of DW with 5" of wet length using #14 silver wire. As for timing 1
to
1.5 hours should be enough.

How do you get such high current readings?

"Ole Bob"

CS>What is the right mA (current) in making CS?

2001-08-18 Thread LIM_Chin_Seong
HI i am new to this group i am from Singapore, came to knoe of CS just
about two months ago, bought a SOTA instrument Silver maker and have been
experimenting (injesting and external application) with since, just
purchase a ppm meter that measured from 0.0 to 90.00 from a shop here
www.transinstruments.com, most of the batches of CS i made range from 4.5
to 10 ppm, colour of liquid from clear to slight yellow, taste of yellow a
little bitter, i have the following question which i hope this group could
help:- the solution i made don't seem to be stable as in the ppm reading
drop over the nite and the mA current i measured from beginning to finish
is from 12mA to 35 mA (is the current too large for producing small
particles CS) over 2 hours and the ppm is about 12 ppm .

Re: CS>ppm tester

2001-08-18 Thread LIM_Chin_Seong

Hi i am new in this group, but i have been using CS for about two months
now, still experimenting with the dosage/strength and effectiveness as the
members are discussing here. Coming to the issue you mentioned about the
TDS meter, i was searching for a similar meter to measure the CS that i am
making, until i came to this site www.transinstruments.com, and they have
a model that measure from 0.0 to 90.0 ppm check out this site it may be
what you need.

What is a good way to test ppm? I have a Hanna TDS 1 tester, but it seems
VERY inaccurate if color is any indicator. The accuracy range is also very
large. Is there something that can be used that is accurate, yet
inexpensive? Cheli
