Check out the website www.truthinlabeling.org it has a link for some other
names MSG is known to be. Read the labels carefully. I printed out the list and
carry it with me to the grocery store to be sure to purchase items without MSG.
www.dorway.com and www.russelblaylockmd.com are another source if you'd like
to learn more.

I've made a few batches of the liposomal C, and they seem to be fine. I've
been taking 2oz daily. I have a couple of questions though.

How do you make it more palatable? I've been putting my salt water in it and
that helps tremendously. I have Lyme disease and am doing the salt/c protocol
- I take about 10gm salt (Redmond's) in water daily, along with the Vit C
(which the liposomal version is working beautifully for). I just wondered what
others were doing to get it down easier, or if that was even an issue.

My other thing is I like to read/watch a lot of things and I saw somewhere
that Soy Lecithin is MSG in disguise! Anyone know if this is true? I'm going
to do some research on it, but I was quite alarmed at the statement! MSG is
something I avoid like the plauge!

Just wanted to get your thoughts.

Sorry, I thought that was the link I used to find the stores, but remember now
that I had to contact them to find out who sold it in my area. I had to contact
them at: c...@nuscience.com There were quite a few distributors.

You can also do a search on-line at a site such as www.pricegrabber.com they
will have several websites you can check the price. Make sure the bottle is the
same.

for a consumer to find a retailer. Right? MA

The regime sounds like a logical thing to do. Kill, replace and repair. I
guess I didn't know all this was going on besides the yeast.

Thank you.

the link from, but...

This guy has a treatment regimen which I copied below. (He doesn't
sell anything for this, it seems to be totallly informational and
altruistic.) The rest of the article is mostly to encourage one to do
the program and some details etc.

How to Flatten Your Tummy and End Food Cravings EFFORTLESSLY

Your effortless cure...

But don't worry, there is an answer that puts you back in charge. It
comes in three parts, and there is often a fourth part.

First, kill the yeast. All this stuff is available at any health food
store. To do that, get yourself a combination of olive leaf extract
and caprylic acid and take it for about two months.

Second, you need to restore the friendly bacteria. For this, I like a
product called "PB-8." Don't skimp on this part. Be sure you get a
really excellent multi-strain probiotic. Primal Defense is another
good one. So is Dr. Ohiras probiotic.

You'll want to keep taking a good probiotic, ideally for the rest of
your life. That's because unlike 150 years ago, we rarely eat
fermented foods any more.

As I mentioned above, yeast and friendly bacteria compete for space.
If you run low on your bacteria, the yeast can move back in.

The PB-8 might result in a quick loss of 5 pounds in the first week.

The third thing is to patch the holes left by the yeast. If you don't
patch them, you'll end up with allergies, parasites running amok, and
a whole lot more, all of it bad.

To do this, get yourself some glutamine powder, take a teaspoon in
water twice a day. Another excellent alternative, even better than
glutamine by itself is a product called IntestiNew.

Either one will work. the IntestiNew works a little faster.

The fourth thing you'll probably want is a good multi-enzyme. When
yeast is overrunning us, our digestion often gets stressed, and it
needs some help.

You take those when you eat. They help to prevent bloating and discomfort.

People often ask me which ones they should start with first. I started
with all the products at the same time. They work better when taken
together.

It's economical, too...

This whole program will cost less than $100 the first month, about $50
to 60 the second month, and only $20 a month by the third month.

You'll end up seeing the doctor a whole lot less, so be sure

I am fairly new to the list so I am unfamiliar with some of the techniques

How do you do the IV vit. C?

What is IV form? Where can I purchase it?

How will you know when the candida is gone? I heard there was a test you
could do at home to see if you had candida. It has to do with spitting in a
glass of water first thing in the AM and monitoring if there are any legs
coming off the spit.

Hi, Jean,

Thank you!

I started with one IV at 25 grams to make sure I tolerated it well. Since I
did, I had another a few days later at 50 grams and tolerated it. I have
been having them for about six weeks and am using them to help treat Lyme
Disease. A side benefit is that it has helped tremendously with candida
caused by eight months on Lyme antibiotics.

I recommended it to my massage therapist for her candida and she had her
first two days ago. She was so impressed with the treatment that she is
having another tomorrow. One can tell that it is killing because it can
cause quite a headache and for me, herx reactions due to Lyme die off.

I'm not certain how long I will continue twice weekly. I'm sure I'll reduce
the frequency at some point to one weekly, then every other week and then
likely have them at least monthly for about a year.

The IV also has vitamin B complex, vitamin B12 and magnesium.

I take probiotics on a nearly empty stomach or after maybe a banana or
something light. Then I drink enough water or yerba mate to send it past the
tomach juices fast as I can. From my experience (with CS) it I do that and use
garlic (a clove peeled...u know where) It's only a day problem. Using CS has
brought yeast probs for me. It does kill good acteria I have found. So glad I
knew about garlic and probiotics. Sure the Pharmecuetical Co.s don't want us
knowing about garlic hahaha. Blessings, Little Bird

Hi Indi,

Thanks for the info, will check the ingredients if I buy another brand.

I use Madhava brand of Agave Nectar, it's 100 % pure agave nectar, no
sweetener added, no fructose. It's like a honey so it is sweet. I think the
glycemic index is 32 where honey is around 58 and table sugar is 64. It's not
for diabetics and it isn't low carb.

I have not purchased other brands so I am not sure what they have in them
for ingredients.

CS>stevia feedback

2009-05-06 Thread Laurie Valente
Hi,

I am new to the list and thougth I would give some feedback on Stevia. It is
from a perennial plant in Central and South America, part of the chrysanthemum
family. It goes back to the 1880's. Used for a long time to sweeten their
drinks.
Today it is grown and harvested around the world. Don't use too much as I
agree with Harold, it does have an after-taste.

Are you looking for an alternative sweetener, low in calories? Agave nectar
isn't sugar or calorie free, but it's natural. The taste doesn't leave an
after-taste.
