The place for ones personal religious or spiritual belief is NOT the

Follow the guidelines, show due consideration for others beliefs and
philosophies, and show such support in private, after all, it is an
individuals personal philosophy and it should remain as such, hence one
will avoid any flak which is bound to be incoming. Some take religion
and/or spirituallity quite serious, and that's a double edged sword, so
it would be better to keep it private and avoid inciting such responses
from those who hold a different philosophy.

You're entitled to yours, I'm entitled to mine, keep that in mind and
everything'll be sweetsay n'more, say n'more.

Well said Lois.  Most of us not way, but some can be even behind scenes sadly.  Wow, did I get a shock at thhis experience!  Sad, but this seems to be a safe place for those who are frustrated to bash privately or publically. Still list is great enough to ignore those few.

Robert, please reconsider. There are rude, unfeeling people in this world. It is obvious that you are not one of them. The rude & unfeeling will rot from inside. Just send them a blessing & let it go... Lois

Re: CS>Degenerative disk disease

2008-03-13 Thread kaykelly
I suffer as well, but haven't found anything that works very well...so far for
me a product called zyflamend is wonderful, helps me get to sleep but must be
taken every 4 hrs to be helpful all day long. it doesn't remove the throbbing
pain but at least it makes it mutes it somewhat as long as I don't try to lift
anything heavier than about 8 lbs and even that some days is stretching things.

plmk if you have anything better, kay kelly

btw I have tried spinal injections, tramadol and nubatine, just plain pain
killers (tended to destroy life in general), and son on.
