Does anyone know where a person could purchase the potassium iodide pills
privately? 

I have asked the local pharmacies and none of them have any.  They say it¹s
not something they can even order.  They can get the liquid or the crystals
(powder) but not the pills and the liquid and powder do not have the potency
that the pills have.  You would have to drink lots of it for it to be
effectively protective.

It¹s not terribly expensive but I understand the governments in North
America do not have a supply even for emergencies and I would like to get
some of my own.  

If anyone knows of a private supplier that is trustworthy, I would
appreciate your advice.  Thank you.
