Hi folks! Just wanted to alert you all to the possibility of some interruption of list operations that may take place Friday night and through the weekend at irregular intervals.
Robert at Eskimo North is preparing to move a substantial part of Eskimo's server farm from headquarters to a co-location facility. During the move most services will be down, including e-mail operations like the Silver List. The upshot should be improved bandwidth and reduced latency. The likely accompaniment will probably be erratic problems for a day or two until he gets things settled down again. <grin> So if a message you send doesn't show up within a few minutes, it'd be a good idea to wait a couple of hours and try again.
