Hello All, I know that this is a question that no one has any concrete experience with, but I know that some of you may have some educated opinions on the risks, or lack there of.of putting CS directly into the gall bladder. My 5 year old daughter has a tube coming from her gall bladder to drain her bile on a daily basis. Last month, we ended up in the hospital with her for 17 days and had a surgery, because the tube caused an infection of Staph in her gall bladder. Before she had been admitted, I started to notice her bile getting thick, and cloudy, with some white floaties in it. Well, a few days ago, her bile got thick again.and the floaties came back. I decided to put 10cc's of CS (approx 5ppm made with battery generator) directly into her tubedirectly into her gall bladder. I did this for 2 days, and the thickness and floaties disappeared. Now it is 3 days later, and there are floaties again. I flushed the tube again this morning with 10cc's of 5ppm CS. My questions are these. ~Does anyone have a theory of how long I should administer the CS to have complete relief of the infection? I would like to use it as minimally as possible..Is it sufficient to only use it until the bile is clear again? ~ Bile is made of hundreds of different substances..many of which are referred to as bile salts. Is there a theoretical risk of the bile salts combining with the CS and causing argyria? Please know..this gall bladder tube is the only thing that is keeping my daughter alive right now. The doctors don't have any other option. If it keeps getting infected they will have to remove it. I don't want that. I would rather have her alive and gray. God knows that the drugs they have her on can cause MUCH worse problems than changing color. Thank you so much for your input. I am open to any advice you can give, or any questions you may have. Re: CSCS in the gall bladder??
The best I can do is an educated guess. The salts would most likely be chlorides. Thus if they combined with the ionic portion of CS would form silver chloride. Silver Chloride is almost insoluble in water, so much of it would precipitate out immediately. What is left should be of such low concentration that Argyria would not be a problem. Re: CSCS in the gall bladder??
Hullo Christiane and John, My opinion, based on reading and personal experience is that the risk of getting argyria form CS is so small as to be insignificant, even if massive doses are taken. You are introducing 10cc and it is having a noticible beneficial effect. I would carry on with that and maybe even dose a few times a day. I would also give CS as a good food several times a day, again 10cc three or four per day would be a good start. This should help to clean her system. Obviously monitor the progress; if it seems too strong then back off to half or less, if its seems to be working sufficiently then carry on until she is really well. If it is working but could be better, then increase the dosage dosage slowly. Spraying or soaking with CS around the tube entry wound would also help. I have found that minute amounts of H2O2 have a powerful effect. 1 or 2 drops of 6% in 250cc (8oz) CS. This seems to help the CS do its work. I would be very cautious about putting this down the gallbladder tube. Start with say 1cc. But dring it seems to be very helpful.
I`m just wondering what is wrong with the gallbladder, and why they didn`t just remove it? I`m doing fine without mine... Keep up the CS, IMHO it won`t hurt. Marshalee Hello All, I know that this is a question that no one has any concrete experience with, but I know that some of you may have some educated opinions on the risks, or lack there of.of putting CS directly into the gall bladder.
