The Godzilla device consists of a battery (usually three 1.5V cells) with a variable resistor in series with the batteries. A lead comes off the battery negative and another off the variable resistor (the battery positive is connected to the other end of the variable resistor). The ends of the leads are terminated in short stainless steel rods which are in turn wrapped with cloth or cotton. These cloth ends are dampened so they will conduct electricity and held in place on the pulse points of the wrists or ankles, or other places. The resistor is adjusted so that the current remains at a low level. A current meter is often put in the circuit so that the current can be monitored. One can suffer burns if the current density in a small area gets too high. The polarity of the DC is usually switched, either manually or with a switch, every so often. It is to mix with the water to wet the Cotton Covered Stainless Steel Electrodes so the electric will flow better. If you are going to make CS never put anything in the distiled water but .999 or . silver electrodes.
