Re: CSMMS again, to Marshall
What ever it isI would not again take the 15 drops bottle recommended as I did for my first dose. YUK! To me, very powerful stuff, felt just a tad nasuaus and off center, and very acidic on my stomach.Which was empty at the time. Ate food which didn't help much. A half a glass of milk about an hour later gave some relief. Next dose, depending on how this one goes, how long the yuk affects linger, . 1-3 drops, then some apple juice followed perhaps by some yogyuart or a glass of milk. I have no idea whether these are valid claims. I would worry about free radical damage. At 20 dollars for a 650-drop bottle I think most of us can afford to give it a try if it's not dangerous. My impression is that the author is sincere and at least believes that he's made an important discovery. All he says is falsifiable and if it's not true will be found out. The most interesting claim in my view: stabilized oxygen's effective ingredient is not the oxygen but rather the chlorine dioxide. One last point: the author admits that his product is the same as stabilized oxygen made from sodium chlorite, but is 28 times for powerful. He also says one can make MMS at home and provides instructions in the second download and in his book. Marshall asks if chlorine dioxide is the stuff in Chlorox Bleach. Good question. If so I would assume it is entirely indiscriminate in its action and would be very risky to take internally. This was due to someone who was claiming that chlorine dioxide is the same thing as sodium hypochlorite, which is bleach. After investigating, I find that they are NOT the same thing. The confusion may have arisen because chlorine dioxide can be made from a mixture of sodium chlorite and sodium hypochlorite. CSMMS again, to Marshall
I am not sure what this page has to do with the email I responded to. That email said that people were taking sodium hypochlorite, which is chlorine bleach, and I can find nothing on that page about either sodium hypochlorite or bleach. Hi Marshall, Somebody mentioned sodium hypochlorite, but it's not the same chemical that we were talking about. This Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) turns out to be nothing more than an aqueous solution of sodium chlorite. (Not to be confused with sodium chloride, or common table salt.) However, the way it is used is very specific and important to its claimed effectiveness against pathogenic and toxic insults. You mix so many drops of the solution with a small bit of an acid, like vinegar or lemon juice, and let it sit for a few minutes. The NaClO2 breaks down in the acid, starting to liberate chlorine dioxide. Then you pour in some apple juice or water and drink it down. The ClO2 gets into your bloodstream and apparently does a lot of really good stuff for you. Many more details are included in the pdf file the guy offers for free. It's not the best presentation for the technically inclined, but if you read past the extraneous details and comprehend the simple facts he describes, it's very encouraging. As Chuck says, if it works as claimed it could be at least as useful as colloidal silver! It'll be easy enough to test. I'm willing to give it a chance. Be well, Mike D. Yeah, you're missing something Marshall. Love to have your input though... http://www.miraclemineral.org/ Please don't comment 'till you've read the free download though. I believe this is as outstanding as CS turned out to be.
