I think its a good idea to have everyone's DNA on a database then in future if someone commits a crime or a murder, then they can catch them. I will assume you were being facetious. If not, I'm not really sure what to say, and don't want to disturb your dream too much. SO lets scoop up the DNA of 99% of the people, so we can use to potentially to catch 1% of the criminals? This is to assume this works all that well, can't be abused, and cannot be 'forged'. Collecting everyone's DNA is definitely not a good idea any more than mass vaccination and mass medication, mass fluoridation, mass verichipping or mass anything is a good idea. As I said this is not my experience, and as far as gun laws go, are you saying that the US has got it right then? Unless you want to take this topic to the OT list, it will have to be dropped. ... as far as gun laws go, are you saying that the US has got it right then? Not as far as I can see. dee You need a full understanding of the history, law, and ethics of the issue before you can begin to have a legitimate basis for judgment. It's not simple, I'm afraid. Still, off goes the cease and desist letter. I had myself, and my entire family DNA cards pulled from the state labs, and under witness, destroyed. States covertly have taken DNA samples since around 1964 without telling anyone. But better get yours back before they institute a huge national database of it.
