TJ- I get a pain in my right heel from too much jumping in dancing. It is a tendon thing. I get great relief if I use my infrared ceramic bulb on it, at a distance of 6" or so. I let it get close to uncomfortably hot for an hour or two. Usually it won't bother me again for months. It also worked great on a neck problem, shoulder problems, etc- ligament, tendon, and cartilage problems in joints.
Nancy Date: Sun, 23 Apr 2006 11:41:45 -0400 From: "T J Garland" <noblemet...@bellsouth.net> About two weeks ago I began to have a severe pain on my right heel ONLY. I had been wearing a rubber insole with magnets imbedded in it. I walk on gravel 4-6 hours a day. There was a larger magnet in the center of the heel. I took out the insoles thinking the magnet caused a "stone bruise". I still have the problem. It is painful when I get up from sitting. It diminishes as I walk around but is still there. It is painful in the mornings when I arise. I went to a reflexoligist who diagnosed it as sciatia. She found digestion problems, my neck pain and my TMJ type pain without me telling her.. She recommended Cayce packs on the foot, Betaine HCl, Vitamin C, digestive enzymes, & lots of water per Batmanjidtij. She recommended alkylizing my body with juicing. Anyone have this problem? How did you recover? I will also start a protocol of my CMO, because my son and daughter have a little sciatia and their allopaths said it was hereditary and caused by arthritis. I have read that I need B12 and B1 also. Since the only non meat/diary source of B12 I can find is chlorella, I started Superfood in fresh carrot juice this morning. I am considering zapping for parasites and a good colon cleanse. I solicit any personal stories or advice.
