Hi There Melly Bag - agreed that you need to reread the report, what is says is that the silver cuts off the oxygen to the pathagens/microbes/virus which kills them by disallowing them to breath. The nano particles (5 - 10 ppm) of silver are able to cross the cell walls which is why EIS is so very useful for so many aspects of health - if EIS is taken as a daily intake it helps the immune system to contend with all the various lurgies which abound today - however bare in mind that the silver particles can only work when they can actually make contact with the virus/microbe/pathegen whereby it can cut of the oxygen supply to same, if said lurgies wraps itself inside a protective layer of whatever (protein etc., ) disallowing the silver direct contact, then it will not work - I think this is the aspect of this process which most miss or do not understand totally. If others can correct my understanding please do. When a higher density of silver is used (mostly represented as a ppm quantum) - the silver may not be able to cross the cell walls, gets trapped under the skin, and as a result then causes ageria - when a high density content is used for a topical application it deals with what is on the skin, can penetrate the skin and still do it's work without causing any ageria due to the fact that the skin is the natural monitor here - this is why the EIS gel works so very well for any topical ailments - as far as my own experience is concerned - I can only say what I say from actual experience, I am not a trained anything so cannot go into the studied science of the situation as can Marshall, Ode and others here who have been in this procedure for over fifty years. I hope this helps you to have a better understanding of the many aspects of this fascinating process. Regards Sandee Attitude is everything !! So, how does it say silver kills anerobic bacteria which it does seem to do, since anerobic bacteria do not use oxygen to breath? I am not very knowledgeable about this stuff, but with the little I do think I know, I'm not yet convinced anyone really knows how silver kills any microbe/bacteria/virus/fungal organisms (and yes, I know viruses/virii are not technically alive in the first place, LOL. It seems reasonable to me in my ignorance that it may have a different effect or mechanism on each different kind of gram negative or gram positive, anerobic bacteria or aerobic bacteria, virii, fungi, cancer cells, etc. Otherwise, since all these organisms are so different, how could silver be so broad spectrum against all of them? Sandee, David, and anyone who has read the report, I don't think i am getting that report quite right, i am pretty bad at this kind of things. It said that the silver kills the cells' enzymes and thereby kills the cells. Will this not affect our health? Thanks. Melly, Silver disrupts enzymes necessary for single cellular respiration... it doesn't affect multi-cellular organisms at all. That would be us. - Original Message - From: Melly Bag To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Wednesday, September 28, 2011 7:10 PM Subject: CSRe: silver-digest Digest V2011 #296 Sandee, David, and anyone who has read the report, I don't think i am getting that report quite right, i am pretty bad at this kind of things.
