CSringers solution vs.gatorade

Can ringers solution be taken orally? I thought it was for IV only. Know 
anything about trace mins for the electrolyte medium to mix with EIS?

Pedilyte, an oral electrolyte replacement solution for babies is essentially
lactated Ringers. I know that for a period of time, it contained Aspartame,
a deadly neurotoxin.  If that has been removed it is a reasonable priced
alternative to Gatorade or L. Ringers.
