This would be a great ad-on to my gardening. I think I will try it.
Right now I sprinkle regular white granulated sugar on my gardens and lawns.
Great and cheap way to promote micro-organisms. Doesn't seem to attract too
many unwanted bugs etc. I thought it would but not.

Is clay and it will constipate you.

But I did know a biodynamic farmer whose animals
stared eating some granite rock dust and got some
 very good results.

I forget the health improvements since it was
a while back.Rock dust is a very interesting product.

Maybe the saviour of agriculture in the western world?
I have printed out an article on rock dust some time ago, must try and
find it.
Reports of a chap who ate it, turned his hair back to black etc. Seen
some results of fields producing better crops with the application of
rock dust.

Rock dust is very interesting stuff...
We are getting back to where we are asking can a human
absorb non-organically bound minerals?Colloidal?

The best way to organically bind it is by fertilizing your garden with it.

My gut feeling is that you can and if the product has a very
good balance of trace and other minerals it can help.

Absorption rate is low so you shit out good stuff
but rock dust is dirt cheap. Can get it from a gravel company
that is making gravel from a granite rock.

I have heard that the rock dust feeds the soil microorganisms which feed
