I am wondering if anyone here knows about the effects of the sun on silver in distilled water. I placed a .999 fine silver dollar in a mayonnaise-sized jar of distilled water and charged it in the sun for a few hours. Sounded like a wonderful idea at the time, but now I am wondering about whether or not this is actually safe and beneficial to consume. The color of the water is very clear, but there is a distinctive and strong metallic taste. Thanks in advance for any thoughts! Jodi
