I hate them, always have. ASCII is the international Standard. The message size limit is 18K. ( per message ) A page of text, ( ASCII ) is considered to be 2 K. That is 9 pages as message limit size. The 1 page size will vary somewhat, depending on several things. The 2 K is only a thumb rule. Seems if if it good enough to send to 3 people, it is good enough to send to 1000. You really should learn how to put your collection on a website. Very easy to do. just like .. Does anyone have any info on adrenal fatigue (sol?) I know it has been posted but as it didn't concern me at the time I didn't take too much notice. Hi Dee, I have this particular issue (along with hypothyroidism) and there is a simple fix for it...but you need to get tested for cortisol levels and it needs to be a 24 hour saliva test. Very simple. It is also a good idea to get your thyroid tested for t3, t4, free t3 t4 as it may be involved as well. Just google saliva tests and free t3 tests, you'll find plenty of info. The solution for adrenal fatigue is to take some supplements (search for Dr. James Wilson) and desiccated adrenal (I take Standard Process).
