Joy- I looked at some of my saved files on lung problems. MSM is
recommended, and serrapeptase to clear out scar tissue and old built-up
tissue from past infections. Also oil of oregano, ginger tea, and
applying Vicks vaporub to the soles of the feet before bed and covering
with socks. Also taking glutathione, which is needed by the lungs,
undenatured whey is a source of precursors. I have had good success
personally drinking tea of some Chinese medicinal herbs like Rehmannia,
Codonopsis, Ginger, All-heal spikes (Prunella, a common weed flower);
other herbs for coughs can probably be found on google. I've had very
good results on colds and flu with body aches with the tea.

Here's Dr. Mercola's article on colds, he recommends Vit. D.

Hi,
Thanks. Just as a head's up - even if you don't get bronchitis, there
are notes by Dr. Norman W. Walker that removal of the tonsils can
render someone weak their entire lives without knowing why - something I
never knew but felt. Had to always rest. If you had your tonsils out
and you're fine - wow. Just kudos for the immune system you were blessed
with.

Here is some interesting info on Dr. Walker's work - if anyone is
interested -

Will look into the homeopathic remedy and nebulizer. Much obliged,

Because the steam (heat) distills the silver out. I've been putting my
homemade CSW in a cold air humidifier for years...With steam humidifiers,
after a while you should see silver buildup.

Kathy:

I think it's much better to distill the water you use in your humidifier and
then add your colloidal silver water. Also, an ounce of colloidal silver
water given directly to your son 4 - 4 times during the day should help.
Gargle for three minutes and swallow. Also, spraying colloidal silver
water directly into the nose will kill off any infection in the sinus
cavities.

If it is just a steam humidifier then the silver will not be in the vapour,
only the water. The steam will leave the silver behind. You need to get a
nebuliser such as the Medisana to be able to have the silver in the vapour.
I get chest infections and my husband has just had quite a severe one, where
he was wheezing, but all is well after three or four days of nebulising with
 CS. dee

I dunno about you, but when I run out of my MSM capsuls I'm going for the
animal MSM. People who own livestock that goes to market can't afford to
have sick animals so it's bound to be (for the most part) of good grade MSM.
It's cheaper and works great.

In addition, I haven't taken the powder either yet. I have been told by
those who do take it that way (my mother and others) that a teaspoon in a
glass of orange juice does the job and to drink it quick because it tastes
horrid. I hope this has been at least a tad bit helpful to you.

I am sorry to report that I do not have information that would be useful in
that regard. My personal approach is to purchase what is needed to solve the
problem at hand. We only build what cannot be purchased off the shelf.

Most air compressor type nebulizers will produce droplets in the 5-10 micron
range which is the desired droplet size for inhalation.

I think Brooks has described a way to produce a low cost nebulizer that would
accomplish the desired results.

It is my opinion based on the tests we have conducted that the single most
important aspect of inhalation therapy is the use of a silver colloid having a
high particle surface area.

Josephine,
You might want to get a vaporizer or nebulizer and fill it with CS and Tea

I would definitely recommend NAC (n-acetyl-cysteine) taken in two 400mg doses a
day, each on an empty stomach. Since I use CS so often anyhow I can't say how
effective it is against bronchial infections, but I know the NAC helps.

Josephine,
I found CS BECAUSE I had bronchitis that bordered on pnemonia that the doctors
couldn't treat. I took a Tbs. 3 times per day of 5ppm CS that I made myself
with a DC generator. It has been my personal experience that some need more
and others need less. I have never had anyone get hurt by taking too much. In
fact, a friend of mine needs 8 ounces 3 times per day to get well. My
advice?..Start low, and if you don't feel improvement in about 12
hours, then take a higher dose. Hope this helps,
Christiane
