I got off it when I had my GB removed and was so full of pain killers that I didn`t feel the withdrawal headache. Colas are poison. Neither make the body more 'acid'. Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water aids in digestion of proteins and calms gastric reflux. [From my own experience.] Kombuchu tea seems to work on peripheral parts of the body - fixes fluid retention problems [from my own experience] , clears skin problems and often makes people that had joint problems feel more able to be active again. It appears to unblock many clogged areas - varicose veins become less unsightly [from my own experience]. Many place great faith in the apple cider vinegar and honey combination - and their faith is often rewarded. I could not perceive any noticeable benefits when I followed that regimen. We covered this a month or so ago. The bad acids are the inorganic acids, such as phosphoric acid. All those you named are organic acids and become water which the kidneys remove, and CO2 which you breathe out upon breaking down.
