Lena, have you tried resveratrol for Lymes.  If you can find the invasive,
Japanese Knotweed, dig up the roots.. it contains more resveratrol than any
plant.  I read about it in the Invasive Plant Medicine book.  Dry the roots and
scrape them into a spoon of honey or something like that, or put them in
vegecaps and swallow.

Here's a youtube video about it featuring herbalist Timothy Scott who had Lyme
disease.

I have a nightshade sensitivity and find that Alka-Seltzer Gold (different form
regular Alka-Seltzer) would help neutralize the acidity and the effects of
nightshades and citrus and ease pain within a half hour. Body ph is very
important with auto-immune and inflammatory diseases. I have Lyme disease. (but
many years ago was misdiagnosed with RA)

Thanks Sunny, I'll check it out, although i know in the past i've had
a compound with japanese knotweed. With a 45 year case of LymeCo.,
the many co-infections require quite a juggling act, but i'm getting
well: about 90%. :)

My vote is for food allergy panel first. 190 foods from Meridian Valley
Labs. Combined IgG and IgM antibody testing. Not the 70 foods IgM only
kit.

Then infections, trying colloidal silver first.

I've heard the diet path helps many. Didn't seem to make much of a
difference for me. In fact, hot red peppers were part of my relief -
topically. MSM and DMSO have pretty well relieved my problems though. Sara
