CSwhen to take CS

I know that I should know this by now, but do you need to take CS on an
empty stomach?  Or away from meds/supps?  I take a ton of supplements and
salt/c, etc. and I don't want anything interfering with anything else!  :-)

I wouldn't take it at the same time as salt, but other than that, I  
don't think it matters.  dee
