I was not sure whether to call it a political philosophy or a religion, but I think that it acts mostly like a political philosophy presented in an evangelical, almost fanatical, fashion with a true religious fervor. There are some health messages which can be useful and helpful, although these are difficult to find in an unadulterated form, but these are secondary to the primary message which is an attack on Doctors, Politicians, and the System. While this may be valid from a certain point of view, it is actually a soul-destroying, victim based philosophy that, instead of leading to freedom, leads to another sort of enslavement. The only difference is that you will be enslaved with John Rigby and his crowd rather than with George Bush and his crowd. Best get out from under this sort of mental/emotional enslavement. Paranoia does not lead to health. Healthy living and healthy thinking leads to health. Ranting, raving, hatred, cynicism, vilification, boasting, posturing, jargon, and self aggrandizement does not lead to health. If you want to eat a healthy diet, go ahead and eat a healthy diet! Yes, it takes some re-education, and that is unfortunate, but most of the food is still there. Even most supplements are necessary only to compensate for bad diet. Granted, you may not find certain things easily like raw unpasturized milk, but this has not been done in a conspiratorial way to try to try to make you unhealthy so you become a paying slave to the unholy health industry and die early as a method of stealth birth control. Rather, it is an attempt, however misguided or ignorant, to regulate a product for the public welfare, to reduce disease, not to make you sick. The attempt to simplify the way this is talked about, to use jargon, to create a dogma, is, in itself, sick. Sick. I say again, sick. I am no longer willing to immerse myself in this unwholesome current of energy and, therefore, I probably won't be on the Silver List much longer. How about you? the system -the entire system is broken. it will not be fixed by normal means as the norm is now...? all one has to do is look around with open eyes..., very calmly and quietly. not easy to do. first ones body and mind need to experience some calm. that means withdrawal from addictions and distractions and "entertainment".
