Could you please elaborate on the procedure you used to reduce the

I can tell you that I have been dong this for abut 6 weeks and the veins are
completely flat.  They do not bulge out at all, and the area is getting
lighter in color

Yes it will.  It will not be overnight, but if you put it on in the morning
and at night you will see a big change within a month.

varicose veins come from smoking or shallow breathing, if you do proper 
excercise and breathnig they will go away.

I've resently been researching enzymes, and serrapeptase and 
nattokinase have come up a few times as being effective on varicose 
veins. This was a bonus, not the focus of the therapy, which was to 
dissolve clots, make arteries resilient, improve circulation 
generally, reduce inflammation and heart disease.
