I can tell you that I have been dong this for abut 6 weeks and the veins are completely flat. Yes it will. It will not be overnight, but if you put it on in the morning and at night you will see a big change within a month. varicose veins come from smoking or shallow breathing, if you do proper excercise and breathnig they will go away.
