The bark of trees, acorns and the pits of avocados to name a few. Tannins are very very bitter, as I found out when I tried to eat an avocado pit the other day after reading that they contain lots of vitamin A, D, E and other nutrients.. YUCK! I seem to have stopped a couple of migraines by drinking 10 drops of cayenne tincture in a glass of water. Since then I have used it to stop headaches due to detox. Anybody else used it for this purpose?
