I have been on a highly refined form of MSM for almost two years now and no
adverse side affects. In fact quite the opposite. MSM has been instumental
in my recovery from my systemic infection in March (a very serious
penicillin reaction).

MSM in fact metabolizes very well and helps in the cellular level transport
of wastes and the body's ability (permeability) to pass these wastes through
cell walls. Lactic acid does not stick around after an heavy snow shoveling
weekend, workouts etc.

Nancy,  I don't know, I just read it in the paper.  Mega MSM has all the 
safe, natural relief you've been praying for.  It has given me a whole new 
life Qoute from Coburn.Perhaps when the fingers get crooked they can't come 
back to normal.  I will give it a try anyway along with Cat's Claw.  janet

we all need and most people are deficient in.  James Coburn, movie actor,
