David, RO water is slightly acidic due to it's lack of minerals. The maintenance guy came today to change the filters on the unit, and the only test he performed to check that it is working is conductivity, and he measured 0.0 with his equipment also, and said that means it is working. I was also skeptical, which is why I confirmed the measurement.
