Don't think there is an easy way but to re record the prompt. This can
be customized in 4.6 (per user / per user group setting) with
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-8637

Now that you mention it, we've had a relatively quiet week as far as
release blockers. Every time i prepare a release candidate, something
comes up : openfire mem leak, registration drops (which was not a
bug).  So let me prep another release, and smoke test it.

In the past I've removed that.  I think its a separate wave at the end or there 
was an alternative one to use in the directory.  I didn't have to record it

Dial any user's voicemail in your system and listen to the ENTIRE 
message and you will hear to reach the operator, dial 0. The poster is 
asking how to disable this message and if possible disable pressing 0.
