Hi Nick,

thank you for new rpm. I will give it a try. Update with rpm was smooth,
Rebuilding database was not necessary.

Hello,

key.ip6.li should now reachable again. There are issues:

EPEL package sks-1.1.3-0.2.20120124hg.el6.x86_64 contains version 1.1.2

is version diff caused by rpm maintainer or is it simply a bug in
original source ?

Tells me it was a Mercurial pull on 24-Jan-2012. It's what was to /become/
1.1.3, but it would more accurately be called 1.1.2+. Even when Yaron pulled all
of my changes and did a merges on 10-Apr, it was still 1.1.2. The last thing we
do is update VERSION and tag the release. I could look at the source and tell
from which one it was pulled.

I suspect it was pulled from my hg repo on that date. If so, then it's missing a
couple of the more important fixes in 1.1.3. If it wasn't pulled from my repo
and was pulled from mainline, it's pure 1.1.2.

I vote for packaging error. Ping the Fedora maintainer and get him to release a
/real/ 1.1.3 RPM. I *KNOW* it's not a bug in the original source because Yaron
and I were swapping mails all night of the final merges and releases. I tagged
before editing VERSION and pushing and had to retag after fixing VERSION.

Re: [Sks-devel] Extended Downtime key.ip6.li today

2012-04-21 Thread Nick Bebout
Yeah, it was a mercurial pull from John's repo on that date. I should
have versioned it as a post-release for 1.1.2, but I had done it as a
prerelease for 1.1.3 instead. I'll be more careful next time.

EPEL 6 builds for 1.1.3 are up at
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/sks/1.1.3/1.el6/ now and will
show up in epel-testing in the next day or so.
