That was from my own lint script that checks the length of $PRGNAM + length of handy-ruler. > Long description of appname, wrapped at 71 characters *after* the > colon following "appname" (and the 'handy ruler' should start at > that colon and be exactly 71 characters long). -- Dave sbo-maintainer-tools: https://slackbuilds.org/repository/15.0/system/sbo-maintainer-tools/ SBo templates: https://slackbuilds.org/templates/ How to format github downloads: https://slackbuilds.org/GITHUB_URLs.txt ___ SlackBuilds-users mailing list SlackBuilds-users@slackbuilds.org https://lists.slackbuilds.org/mailman/listinfo/slackbuilds-users Archives - https://lists.slackbuilds.org/pipermail/slackbuilds-users/ FAQ - https://slackbuilds.org/faq/
[Slackbuilds-users] Question about sbo-maintainer-tools
Hi, this week a submission from me was rejected because i had a too long line in slack-desc, the mail from the maintainer said: slack-desc:11: line length longer than maximum of 78 (79) This looks like an output from sbolint, but i had checked my script with it, it didn't output a problem. I can't find anything what checks about 'line length' in the scripts from sbo-maintainer-tools, do you sbo-maintainers use another version or additional lint scripts? i've got version 0.5.1 installed.
